I've been hearing great things about this place and let me tell you, it's as good as I've been told! Located just off the freeway on EG Blvd it's a delicious spot to eat for lunch or dinner. The restaurant is pretty tiny so I don't recommend coming with more than four people. I should also add it was quite warm coming on a Friday evening during their dinner rush. Noted for future visits. Us four gals ordered: Cheese Wontons 10/10 Potstickers 10/ Siu Mai 8/10 Xiao Long Bao 10/10 2 Combo Plates - General Tsao Chicken 10/10 & Mongolian Beef 10/10 Drinks - Mango Ice Blended 10/10 The combo plates are generous servings and can easily feed two! I thoroughly enjoyed my meal here and can't wait to come again with my family.

Went to Hidden Dumpling to celebrate my birthday with a fellow Cancer, and boy, did we find a hidden gem! I've never realized this place was right here. As soon as I walked in, I was surprised by the small space. We braved 100+ degree weather to get here, and I don't think they have central AC because there were AC units on the wall. It gets hot in this small space with the kitchen right in the middle. But don't let that stop you from coming. The service was amazing, and the place was packed! It was my first time having a boba drink, so I tried the mango ice blend, and omgggg! That drink was soooooo delish. I instantly forgot about how warm it felt inside--it was that good. We started with some appetizers: cheese wontons and pot stickers. Everything was hot and fresh. There were four of us, but we ordered the 2 of the dinner combos. There was so much food! We even had leftovers to take home. This place is definitely authentic, and you get great value for your money. Despite the heat, I'd say Hidden Dumpling is a cool spot. If you're looking for a small, bustling joint with fantastic service and tasty food, this is your place.

Been here a few times! They have solid Chinese food with big portions. I have gotten the sweet-and-sour chicken, broccoli beef, and Mongolian beef lunch combo plate on separate occasions. Each came with a big scoop of rice and large entree proportions. You could upgrade to chow mein and fried rice for a little bit extra! The sweet-and-sour chicken sauce is a tad bit sweet in my opinion, but the other two were very savory dishes. The Mongolian beef has a nice kick to it and with tender beef cuts. Great bang for your buck for food! Will come back to try their other combo plates.

Solid Chinese food with the combo plates. The portions were gigantic, easy to save leftovers. The fried rice and chow mein were pretty basic, with no meat but had decent flavor. The Mongolian beef and general chicken. pork and chive dumplings had good flavor to them. However, the dumpling skin was pretty doughy-a little bit of down for a dumpling house. Service was friendly, though, and the place was crowded on a Friday night. The restaurant is pretty narrow and with a crowded restaurant, the area can get pretty warm inside even with the AC on. I'd probably return for the combo plates since they are an affordable option, but I'd pass on the dumplings next time.
